2008 Ford Kuga Come to Europe

The Genewa Motor Show become debute off new Ford Kuga that will be making its ‘kinetic design’ and is set to make entry into Europe’s competitive crossover market promising ‘rewarding on-road driving quality and surprising off-road capability.’

Based on Ford’s C-car platform, which the European Focus and C-MAX are built on, the Kuga will be available in front-wheel-drive and the full-time Haldex intelligent all-wheel-drive system.

The Ford Kuga will come with Ford’s 2.0 liter Duratorq TDCi which produces 136 horsepower and 236 lb-ft of torque. It is mated with a six-speed manual transmission. The FWD system allows for a fuel-economy of 37mpg while the AWD allows 36mpg.
